DINNER MENU
Chef Antoine Golden and his staff have developed a wonderful dinner menu for you to enjoy, as you listen to the world-class music performing at Jimmy Mak's.
His menu is influenced by the flavors and styles of the Mediterranean, with our Braised Lamb Shank and Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken as examples. But don't miss out on some down-home Southern dishes including St. Louis Ribs and Buttermilk Fried Chicken.
Our menu is varied and delicious, with all of our items being made in house from scratch, using fresh quality ingredients.

STARTERS
Greek Dips and Pita - $6 each
These delicious specialty dips are all made from scratch, and served with a full loaf
of pita bread.
Hummus, a traditional Middle Eastern dip of pureed garbanzo beans, tahini, and garlic.
Tzatziki, a traditional Greek yogurt-based dip with pureed cucumbers, garlic, mint & dill.
Feta Dip is a tasty combination of feta cheese, garlic, and yogurt.
Baba Ghanoush is a flavorful blend of pureed eggplant, tahini, garlic, and olive oil.
Combo Dip and Pita - $9
Try a little taste of all four dips.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip - $8
A blend of spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, and feta cheese, warmed and
served with fried pita chips.
Antipasti - $14
House-cured lamb, assorted meats, a mix of cheeses, marinated vegetables, olive tapenade, gorgonzola-topped roasted garlic, and pita bread.
Kalamari - $10
Our version of a timeless Greek delicacy is lightly battered and served with tzatziki.
Gulf Prawns Rumaki - $12
Gulf Prawns wrapped in prosciutto, pan-seared, served atop a lemon-dill risotto cake, drizzled with a balsamic reduction, and topped with feta cheese and roasted red pepper Coulis.
Salmon Cakes - $9
Deliciously seasoned salmon cakes, served on a bed of wild greens gremolata, and
topped with a roasted garlic-lemon aioli and pico de gallo.
Spanakopita - $8
A classic Greek dish, a delicious mix of spinach, feta cheese, and a special blend of herbs and spices, are all wrapped into flaky triangles of fillo dough.
Falafel - $9
A vegetarian delight of seasoned ground garbanzo patties, deep fried, and served with pita bread, tzatziki, tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
Grilled Chicken Pita - $10
Marinated and grilled chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, onions, and smoked gouda, folded into a pita and grilled, served with chipotle sour cream and pico de gallo.

Greek Village Salad (Horiatiki)- $10 full/ $6 side
The traditional Greek salad, served in the style of the old country, with cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta cheese, kalamata olives, and our house dressing.
Caesar Salad - $10 full/ $6 side
Chopped romaine lettuce, tossed in our house-made caesar-anchovy dressing, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Pear and Hazelnut Salad - $12
Spring greens are tossed with dried cranberries, candied hazelnuts, and crumbled bleu cheese in a port wine vinaigrette, topped with slices of port-poached pears.
Traditional Cobb Salad - $12
Tomato, bleu chees crumbles, cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, and bacon, garnished with pepperocini and your choice of dressing.
Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad - $16
A generous portion of salmon fillet is blackened and grilled, then served over a bed of fresh romaine lettuce, tossed in our house-made Caesar-anchovy dressing, topped with parmesan cheese, and accompanied with cheese crusted crostini.
Lentil Soup - $6 bowl/ cup $4
A traditional vegetarian combination of lentils, celery, carrots, and a delicious blend of herbs and seasonings.

Classic Grilled Burger- $12
Our delicious half-pound lean beef burger, seasoned with herbs and spices, topped with honey-cured bacon, your choice of smoked provolone, feta, cheddar, or bleu cheese, and fried onion strings.

The Francisco Burger- $13
A half-pound blend of Cascade Natural ground chuck and Chorizo sausage, topped with smoked gouda cheese, pickled onions, tomato, lettuce, and a poblano-cilantro aoli.

Portland's Best Gyro - $12
A tasty combination of seasoned Beef/Lamb gyro meat, combined with lettuce, tomato, onion, feta and tzatziki, wrapped in a fresh pita.

ENTRÉES
Grilled New York Steak - $28
A hand-cut 12-ounce Cascade Natural New York strip, seasoned and grilled to perfection, topped with garlic-herb butter and fried onions, served with roasted Yukon Gold garlic mashers and seasonal vegetables.
Braised Lamb Shank - $28
A house specialty, this bone-in lamb shank is braised in natural au jus with red wine, served with mint couscous and collard greens.
Hazelnut Halibut - $28
Hand-cut halibut fillet crusted with hazelnuts and topped with a blueberry chutney, served with creamy risotto and seasonal vegetables.
St. Louis Style Ribs - $21
This half-rack of pork ribs are slow-cooked and fall off the bone good, prepared with a BBQ Bourbon glaze, served with red potato salad and collard greens.
Greek Bolognaise- $20
Ground lamb, eggplant and Kalamata olives simmered in a tomato sauce over a bed of rigatoni pasta and topped with feta cheese. Served with garlic parmesan bread.
Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken - $22
Baked chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatos, pine nuts and feta cheese, served over mushroom risotto with a lemon-herb buerre blanc.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken - $20
House-made Southern Style buttermilk fried chicken. Served with roasted garlic mashers with fresh herb gravy and seasonal vegetables.
Vegetarian Pesto Linguini- $20
A saute of red onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and tomato, tossed in a fresh basil and walnut pesto, topped with parmesan cheese.
